Delivery and shipping

Once delivery has been confirmed by the courier, CELIRA is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the parcel, including where items are left in a safe place or with a third party.

It is your responsibility to ensure that delivery details are accurate and that the delivery location is secure.

Celira is not responsible for any fluctuation in shipping prices. All prices provided in our shipping policy are estimate only and may vary at the discretion of the shipping provider. Celira has no liability over this.

International Orders, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, duties, taxes, and import charges may be included in the purchase price where we offer a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) service. Where this applies, these charges will be clearly indicated at checkout.

For destinations where duties and taxes are not included, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply in your country. These charges are not included in your order unless stated otherwise.

CELIRA is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processes or for any unpaid duties, taxes, or fees.

If an order is returned, any duties, taxes, shipping costs, or import charges incurred may be deducted from your refund.

We are not responsible for any additional charges or losses resulting from unpaid or outstanding customs fees, including where items are returned to us or not delivered.

Returns and Refunds

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Have all original tags attached
• Be returned in original packaging
• Be free from makeup, fake tan, perfume, deodorant, or any marks or odours
• Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Inspection and Deductions

All returned items are subject to inspection.
Where an item shows signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, we reserve the right to reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.

Occasion Wear

CELIRA garments are designed for occasion wear. Items that show evidence of being worn for events, photoshoots, or extended use will not be accepted for return.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We recommend using a tracked service

We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Returns processing

All returns must be initiated through our designated returns portal. Returns submitted without prior authorisation may be refused.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which will be processed through our returns portal.

We reserve the right to charge a return processing fee, which may be deducted from your refund. Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated during the returns process.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting returned items. CELIRA have no control over when refunds will be shown in your bank account.

International Returns

For international orders, any duties, taxes, or import charges incurred when returning items may be deducted from your refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods
