Returns Policy
If you wish to return your item, please log into our returns portal to request approval.
You must submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you have a further 14 days to return your item(s) to our warehouse. This gives a total return window of 28 days from the date of delivery.
Items returned outside of this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping cost and any customs duties, and taxes for international orders. Any unpaid charges may be deducted from your refund.
Return Conditions
All returns must meet the following requirements:
- Items must be returned in their original condition - new, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and not dry-cleaned.
- Garments must not be exposed to perfume, cologne, or any scents that may transfer onto the fabric.
- Items must be free from makeup, marks, pet hair, or damage.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact and securely attached.
- Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from celira.co.uk by the original purchaser.
- Orders must be returned from the same country to which they were originally delivered.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. This is outside of our control.
Original shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs charges, and any handling fees will be deducted from your refund where applicable.
Customers are responsible for any customs charges incurred on returned parcels. If charges are unpaid and the parcel is returned to us, any associated costs will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you require a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place anew order.
